Shading! Did a base coat of dark gray, then added some black to that for the shading.
Still, I didn't like how light it was, so I coated it with the color I used for shading, and re-shaded with pure black.
Covered with a gloss coat, and after I will use a thin layer of matte sealer to get a good semi-gloss to simulate leather shine. Gloss cote:
